Can’t get through to book my scan. Left multiple voicemails with no response. Extremely anxiety provoking when you are paying out of pocket for a private scan to expedite a cancer diagnosis. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t get through to them. I’ve tried for two full weeks now to ask them something but you are either greeted with a constantly ringing line or a message stating no one can answer the phone right now, please call back later…when though? You never answer the line. This centre also offers private scans, funnily enough when you ring that line, it’s answered straight away!!

Fine booking an appointment and going through the actual MRI process, but pointless when they won't send your results to the relevant parties or answer the bloody phone. If you need an MRI quickly get it done at another hospital.

Awful service.. I’ve been discharged from treatment because I can’t answer my phone the day before to confirm my appointment… I work in a job where I cannot access my phone and so told them I would 100% make the appointment when it was made.. Very unfair on working people.
