Colby and Kenyon have been incredibly helpful from start to finish. We broke down in St. George and in spite of it being a holiday weekend and them being incredibly busy, they took time to take care of us and help us in any way they could. It was the middle of a hot day and they welcomed us to wait in the nice cool office while they worked on looking for and waiting to hear back on parts, etc., and in the midst of a busy day. We were traveling through the area and our Chevy Duramax overheated. We got it towed to Colby's off of the freeway by Ladd's Towing (other great company). Colby got it in right away and figured out our issue. He even came in on Saturday to get us taken care of. I'd definitely recommend this company for any repairs. They're very friendly and knowledgeable.
Awesome guys running the shop! The fam and I were on a long haul in our 2011 F-350 from Florida towing a big rig and they worked with us to diagnose, source the parts, and tear down and repair to get our rig up and running in less than 48 hours. They went the extra mile for us and we appreciated it.
I was having air conditioning issues with my semi truck on a Friday of all days and they were able to fit me, get my air conditioner working without charging me a dime, which blew me away. I thank you and my dog Pistachio thanks you very much!
Colby’s Automotive was a really good experience for me. I was wanting to get my 2013 Altima ready for a trip. I had a couple check lights that needed attention, and a small leak under the engine. What they discovered didn’t speak well of the fast lubes that I had been going to for oil changes. My car work really well now. Thanks for Colby and his crew.
