We have used Colby Cool for several years. The level of customer service has remained excellent. In this time we have had a major central heating and cooling upgrade to replace old units. Even though personnel have changed, the standard of the teams doing the work has remained excellent. Thoroughly recommend them. And full marks to Dave the operations manager for first class communication.

We replaced our zoned Brivis Ducted gas heater (6 yrs old) for a ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling unit (as we had no airconditioning) in late Jan 25. Kirk was quick to respond to any emails and provided multiple quotes with the VEU rebate shown. We decided to go with an Actron Advanced 17kw reverse cycle with 7 zones, temperature sensors and a Neo controller. Found these guys by chance, had a new touch controller installed and service for my brivis duel heater/aircon, from the first ph call to Taylor to the install and service by Jimmy, they were spot on! Polite, friendly and professional, and their pricing is hard to beat, because of this, they are now replacing all the ceiling vents that have discoloured over time. Thank you Taylor and Jimmy for making it very easy and for all your help. Highly recommended!
