Second time dealing with these people. Don't take care of business promptly, will Not answer the phone.
They used to be Baker & Colby. Beware! I paid $400 to do a title search and I asked repeatedly if there was an HOA. Even during closing I was still told no. After living in home for 3 months was sent a bill for HOA. Called several times but never got a response. Was told if title search was done correctly they would have found it, they never did one and took my $400 for it.
