Hands down the best insurance company in the upper valley ..if not the state. Mark came to me over 10 years ago with a goal of providing competitive rates for my insurance and providing top notch customer service . He continues to deliver - a decade later. Despite being one of the owner’s, he always finds the time to call you back promptly and works overtime to make sure your needs are met. You cannot say that about most other insurance companies. Highly recommend !
Sorry have used this company for almost 15 years (Colby Insurance). Never a claim for them to work on, or to collect on either. Asked Agent "Sue" twice to re-quote my insurance, and sorry to say she never got back to me or emailed me. Thus poor customer service caused me to do my own shopping around, and I was able to find two policies which met my needs and were cheaper for better coverage. Disappointed in the way I was treated by Sue at Colby and would not recommend her at this time.
Meghan Dudley is the best agent I've had in 30 yrs. , researched my best possibilities, sent me all comparables, wrote, activated and completed my entire, personal and commercial accounts, I was able to set up all my policies, never even had to leave my own office. Amazing, thank you Colby Insurance, and special thanks to Meghan.
I've had my homeowner's insurance here for years, but today Barbara really came through for me! I'm moving up to NH full time from NYC, and had been renting cars. I went into a dealership today and found my perfect car, but then realized I had no auto insurance. I called Colby, was put through to Barbara, and within 30 minutes she got me two quotes. Less than 30 minutes later I had my binder faxed to the dealership. AMAZING service!!! Thanks, Barbara, and all of Colby insurance!
