Colbray Group is a great builder, very personable and knowledgeable. They have awesome trades who are experienced and easy to work with. Our overall experience was excellent and we would highly recommend them.
We heard some incredible feedback from family and neighbors about their experience with Colbray so we were excited to trust them with our forever home! But we had a very different experience. Right from the start we felt we were not heard, and any questions or concerns we had were easily brushed off. In hindsight that should of been our first red flag but We thought all was good. We interviewed three builders before choosing Colbray in late 2021. Their staff and sub-contractors were consistently professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took a lot of the stress out of a big project and were easy to do business with. We did a total house renovation project and now our home has made it into the finals of the 2024 Central Alberta Renovation of the Year Awards!
