Vehicle in for 24 hours. Called the sales department to get them to get someone in service to give me an update. Then I find out part has to be ordered…but it’s also back ordered.
We encountered a serious mechanical issue with our Jeep Gladiator that would have required days of waiting. Since we are in the midst of a cross-country RV trip with three pets in tow, this was highly inconvenient for us. Awfull experience had ny 2022 300s in for a manifold tic got it back said they heard nothing. I start the car could clearly hear the manifold tic typical dealer trying to get out of warranty work. Not only that they didn't call me an advise me of anything I had to call an call again. Stated they wanted to leave it to head a morning cold start but didn't contact me about any of this. Refusing to due warranty work on my truck, telling me there’s nothing wrong with it when it shakes driving down the road, so I took it to another garage and sure enough pitman arm is falling off and ball joints are bad. Even after bringing that back to them they are still refusing and gaslighting me
