Bought a 2023 Ram 1500 from Colbourne Chrysler in Sydney, NS, in March 2024. At just 17,000 km, the truck already has failing rear brake rotors and significant rust underneath despite diamond coating protection. The dealer and Stellantis Canada refuse to cover it under warranty, calling it “wear and tear.” This is unacceptable for a truck this new. Vehicle in for 24 hours. Called the sales department to get them to get someone in service to give me an update. Then I find out part has to be ordered…but it’s also back ordered.
We encountered a serious mechanical issue with our Jeep Gladiator that would have required days of waiting. Since we are in the midst of a cross-country RV trip with three pets in tow, this was highly inconvenient for us. The service department at Colbourne Chrysler went above and beyond to ensure we got back on the road immediately. We are immensely grateful for the extra mile you took to help us.
