Nice people, decent prices on 5K, 10K, and services. However, they have issues with their parts and services talking to each other. I live about an hour from them and twice I have had to drive down to the shop, go to the parts desk, pick up a part, and then walk it 20 feet to the service desk and give it to the guy at the desk to fix my bike that they have had in their shop for three weeks for a simple carb rebuild and re-jet. Worse service experience of my life. I’ve been a Harley owner for 30 years and I’ve never seen anything like this dealership. I scheduled the service a week in advance asking for oil change, check brakes and tires. I brought my bike in for service on Monday, they changed oil and said they would get the front tire changed. Then all of a sudden they didn’t have the front tire in-stock and they would change the tire on Tuesday. I called late Tuesday morning and they still didn’t change the tire. Love the parts dept and service dept employees. All seem very knowledgeable. I also appre I ate their attitude towards me as I perform work on Harleys and they are aware of this but still treat me with respect and are courtesy. Some dealers often give out a sense that no one can perform work on Harley bikes but the dealer. However, at Colboch I do not get that feeling. In summary, I Colboch makes me feel like a customer wants and expects to feel and be treated.

I found the bike, Ernie took my check. We have been friends ever since. A few years later, I found the Screaming Eagle Ultra Classic of my dreams. Ernie walked up, says, you want it? I go sure but who can afford a bike in this class. Ernie says, you can! Show the way I retorted. Needless to say, I rode that blue baby home. Thanks again, Ernie, Smoky and the guys in the back.

I've lived in Morristown all my life & I'm 57 years of age. I remember as a small boy my dad taking me there, great then & even better today. I have ridden bikes all my life, dirt then street. I have made my last several purchases with Colboch HD, great people! Will continue shopping there whether it's another bike or all my goodies. Great team!
