We just bought a home in Florida, moving there from New Hampshire. Brittany Colbert was/is our realtor. My hubby Chris and I can be a .handful. Brittany was kind, patient and extreamy helpful as we navigations we navigated this crazy market. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of making a move.
We started working with Brittany in February 2026 and by April 3, 2026 we were closing on a new house!!! Brittany went above and beyond for us. We live about 2 hours from the new home and she met every vendor, inspector etc that we needed in order for us not to have to drive the 2 hours. We can’t say enough about Brittany and her quick communications and always being there for us!! Thank you Brittany and staff! We highly recommend!!
