Receptionist is rude she thinks she can speak to you however she wants ! Hardest place to get ahold of. You have to call 50 times before anyone will answer then when they do they act like you are interrupting them. Called about new insurance and was called back and told they would call me back with in 24 hours and I still haven't been called back. I was having hip surgery. I could not get my medical records sent to my orthopedic Dr after numerous attempts. I never can get through when I call. I am always sent to voice mail.
