Terrible service and pathetic follow up. Paid for a yearly service package (furnace and AC). Tech came in the fall to clean furnace. Made a mess of the basement floor. A week or so later noticed that the electrostatic filter is not working. Called for service. New tech shows up. Tries to diagnose the issue but can't. Says he'll have to do some research. A few days later he returns . Tries a few things unable to get it working. Says it needs some replacement parts that may not be available. Will see if he can get them and get... read more

A few months ago, all of our kitchen appliances broke down at the same time, so we went to Peter Martin’s to purchase a new stove, oven, and microwave. Unfortunately, the sales experience was very frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, we repeatedly explained that we wanted an induction stovetop and specifically did not want electric. Great staff and customer service. Sales and service team worked together and fixed an issue saving my wife and I a lot of time and expense. Have used the company for many appliance purchases and the follow up service and attention has us coming back.
