I purchased a dishwasher from Peter Martin Appliances and raised concerns about its condition shortly before installation. Good people. Fantastic service
Terrible service and pathetic follow up. Paid for a yearly service package (furnace and AC). Tech came in the fall to clean furnace. Made a mess of the basement floor. A week or so later noticed that the electrostatic filter is not working. Called for service. New tech shows up. Tries to diagnose the issue but can't. Says he'll have to do some research. A few days later he returns . Tries a few things unable to get it working. Says it needs some replacement parts that may not be available. Will see if he can get them and get... read more
