Let me first start off by saying Fred [the owner] has some wonderful customer service. I called at 4:59 not knowing they closed at 5:00 and he told me to come, knock on the door, and he'd take care of me. It was a simple watch battery replacement for an old family heirloom Movado watch. Time After Time [the place in the quakerbridge mall] quoted me $32 for a battery replacement and $62 for the sealant. Fred did it all for $8 and in less than 15 minutes. Fred and the rest of the staff were so incredibly helpful. I’m a college student and they were very accommodating of my schedule and fixed my broken necklace super fast! They even took time to take the knot out of my chain. They truly go above and beyond!
