Replaced a water heater for me. Offered good advice and a reasonable price. Professional job. Would recommend for sure.
Over the years, Nick has helped me in some emergencies (rotted pipe in wall, old oil furnace issues, badly clogged drain), and helped me with some upgrades to my house (new toilet, new bathroom sink, new laundry). Nick is a very nice guy, very professional, and his work is perfect. My house is not well built, so he has used his creativity and experience to solve problems for me. His rates are reasonable. Nick is responsive and he doesn't mind doing smaller jobs. All positives from me!
Best service around! We had an emergency and Nick came straight out and fixed our very complex issue, You really don’t see this kind of service these days and I could not recommend them enough! Very professional, knowledgeable and does it in a timely manner, I never write reviews but he saved us from a major flood and from what could have been extensive water damage. We will definitely be calling them for all our issues in the future
When my tankless water heater failed and my home lost heat in this past cold snap, I got a quote from another plumber for $15000 to replace it. When I called Nick for a second opinion, he dropped what he was doing and came over immediately. He explained exactly what had gone wrong with the tank in easy-to-understand language and guaranteed he could replace it for half of that price.
