I recently purchased a used 2020 GMC SIERRA 1500 DENALI from Colandrea. Salesperson Floyd Hanson was a pleasure to work with very professional. We bought a 2026 Buick Encore on May 30th. We had to take it in for a repair to the battery. Rather then replacing the battery, they just recharged it. This morning the car smelled like rotten eggs. This smell suggests an issue with the battery or charging system. Very disappointed that our car that is a week old is having issues that could have been resolved if the repair was done right the first time. I needed to bring my truck in for service just for it to sit in their parking lot. I finally received my truck back, still unrepaired. During the time that it was there for service at one point, I was told that since I didn’t buy my car there, I would have to wait wait longer by the female employee service I kindly asked where it said in my warranty book that I would have to wait for service the $80,000.
