We just received new Prado from Colac Toyota. We were dealing with Travis. Best and easy deal ever. I would definitely recommend him again.
> Very poor customer service. I went to buy a ute couple of weeks ago, but the sales staff behaviour was very unwelcoming and dismissive. It felt like they were not interested in serving me at all, I felt discriminated against. I ended up buying my ute from a dealer in Warrnambool who treated me with respect and professionalism. Would not recommend based on my experience. Thanks
Colac Toyota actually would have to be one of the worst Toyota dealership. with getting my car serviced. I spoke to them on the phone about a couple of issues said that they would sort it out. It’s done 30,000 k’s and they tell me I need new brakes and rotors. Not even a phone call to say it’s ready or what’s wrong with it just a message to say pick it up we shut at five
Colac Toyota, by far the best in the business. Absolutely recommend the awsome team in sales and in service.
Julian has been extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Since I had to travel from Melbourne to Colac, he went above and beyond to make my trip as convenient and worthwhile as possible. He provided clear communication before my visit and ensured everything was ready when I arrived. The sales process was simple, transparent, and pressure-free, making it easy for me to make an informed decision. I truly appreciate his honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Julia... read more
