How do I get a bumper cover sent to me to replace one that was poorly installed and kept falling off I have touched base via sms and by phone 8 times after being told they would send it to me It's embarrassing calling again

The service team here were exemplary! We were travelling through Colac when we came across a car issue and these guys did everything they possibly could to get us going again on our trip…and it was in the Christmas to New Year period! Absolutely amazing staff and couldn’t recommend them highly enough (tempted to travel 250kms to use them as our service provider)
