My experience with this agency was upsetting and devastating, truly awful. I am a senior and have either bought, sold or rented at least ten properties. This was by far the most awful transaction. With held the keys to property l had paid for fully, we’re not helpful at all after getting the sale locked in. No apologies for how the sale went off the rails (no fault by me) or checking in later on to see if l was ok. My advice is go elsewhere. Had a recent residential purchase through Colac to Coast real estate. What an amazing experience with the Gem of the person STUART NELSON. He is so good to deal with. He made whole process so easy and helped us in many ways to make sure we will get what we want. Before seeing him I was so frustrated from the real estates in Colac ( almost from all of them) due to some bad experiences with them be it for rental properties or buying.
