Called up to three times within an hour and got hung up on instantly
We booked an appointment this morning for my 84 yo mother, who is new in the area. The appointment was confirmed and then 7 hours later I received a call saying they are not taking new patients. My mother urgently needed scripts for her diabetic medication, The receptionist was rude and couldn't of cared less . The health system needs a serious shake up , Not Good enough , you deserve to be shut down, Dr Tanveer is pathetic and unprofessional
