We have been there twice in the last week. Dr visit sent us to urgent care colac at 1/4 past 4 didn’t get home until 11pm . The nurses were fantastic, they are so over worked. They were run off their feet . Had an emergency. Not enough beds . It’s very stressful when you’re so un well. . Sitting in the passage for so long. . The nurses kept checking on us , the ones that had time . Today we waited 4 hrs . I would give the staff 5 stars . Area health need to up grade their urgent care. Come on . My mum has been in and out of this hospital so many times and been sent home because they found nothing, She goes to geelong one time, And they found that she has a blocked main artery to the heart. If Useless had a detention it would be colac hospital.
What an awsome hospital 10 out of 10 those you grads nurses doctors i felt spoilt gi e yourselves a pat on the back very happy for the care i recieved
Nothing but a positive 2 1/2 day stay after hip surgery. Everyone from pre admission, anaesthesia team , surgical team lead by Mr Andrew Thomson and the after care teams . Nothing was to much trouble .
Anne mcguane and the midwives were amazing. Very respectful and listened to what we wanted. Would recommend giving birth here.
