I previously enjoyed living at colab until recently. The staff was always helpful and my maintenance requests were always done within 24 hours. Recently though, they told me it would be a week until someone could see if my fire alarm was working properly. A week? How will I know if something’s wrong? I’ve also paid $200/month (for two years) for my parking space which I come home to find is occupied by an employee of Colab. Ridiculous. Looks livable enough, you pay for your own room but share apartment with people you dont know.
Grandson going to MSU. Nice and quiet.
Notice how in all of the replies this apartment complex never takes accountability for anything being said. That’s what it’s like living here. I won’t be surprised if they get closed down soon or go bankrupt. THEY SUCK !!
