They clearly do not clean between renters. Our house (Midhaven) was vacant the week before we stayed so you would think they would at least sweep the floors but they didnt. Upon arrival we sweep up multiple dust pans full of dust and pet hair. There was even a dirty sock under one of the beds. Several slick spots in the kitchen floor as well. I can’t say enough about this company, they are great! Like it use to be! You get exactly what is offered and the homes vary. I personally have rented several houses, all different. Some have more features and some basic depending on what I was coming down for. This company is super easy, houses were all cleaned well and no issues I’d any kind. Thank you Cola Vaughan... I will continue using you every time I head to The Banks!
We have been using Cola Vaughan for 10 years and have NEVER had a problem. The houses are always clean and if there is a problem they take care of it right away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Cola Vaughan!
