I would like to thank Hannah and Bert as they have both been amazing when I was trying to sort out things regarding damage done to my car while I had it parked in a car park my husband usually does these things for me but he passed away earlier this year so I’m trying to deal with these things myself and I was looked after so well and with compassion so much so that I don’t need to submit a claim anymore .
