Fraud and scam. They changed our itinerary the day before our trip causing us a major inconvenience. We had to change our flight from Miami to Rhode island causing us several hundreds of dollars in damages. Edgar was terrible, do no buy foem this. company.
No compren en esta empereces. Son mentiroso y nos cambiaron el viaje el día antes. Muy mala experiencia. No son profesionales.
Do not travel with this Agency and DO NOT work with Edgar. The rooms we requested were not given to us and the our flights were changed last minute affecting other flights we had in the states. This cost us more than $1000 in damages. Edgar had the audacity to tell us that it is not his problem they changed the flight and that we are lucky to have a flight changed period.
