Staff are excellent, but understaffed… and we didn’t get a handover of new vehicle as anticipated despite telling them when we would be there. Car was well presented and we got a great pic of us with a bow on the car bonnet. Luke did a great job in helping us to navigate around the locality and gave us confidence in driving a larger vehicle than we were accustomed to, as well as an understanding of why driving the hybrid felt different. We had an issue with our car whereby it was towed to another dealer on the other side of Sydney. We were faced with a potentially long delay without a car. This is when Jake and the team came to the rescue. Absolute first-class customer service from the first call to the same day resolution. Just bought a new MG and I had the most brilliant service. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and I have to say that Daniel has to be the easiest sales person I've ever had to deal with. It's so refreshing not to be pressured. He just listened to what I needed and responded with valuable knowledge. Even got me the colour car I wanted! I highly recommend him and his team.
Absolutely amazing service by Curtis and Gautam!! Couldn’t recommend them enough. I was super annoying and kept texting and calling waiting on updates and even then they were so kind and extremely helpful! Now I have my beautiful car all thanks to Curtis and Gautam!
