I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The salesman was unprofessional and dishonest throughout the process. Information kept changing, promises were not kept, and I felt misled rather than supported. I would not recommend buying a car here.
Lachlan was amazing to work with. He was incredibly helpful and helped out in way that other dealerships weren't willing to. He had incredibly clear communication throughout the entire experience of getting a new car. Will absolutely be recommending col Crawford and lachlan specifically to everyone I can.

Closed on a Sunday.... Crazy
Col Crawford had my car for 4 days in Aug 24 to fix an issue under warrenty. I was told the car parts would be replaced. Isuue was resolved and two weeks later same issue on the car again. I booked in my car and that afternoon at 3pm told they needed to keep my car overnight.... I could not leave the car overnight as I needed it for business travel over the next few days.
