Worst service centre I have ever dealt with and I've had mechanics incorrectly assemble race engines. It took five visits to resolve a fault that should have been diagnosed and repaired in two if the service advisors had properly communicated with the technicians and reviewed the evidence I provided upon the second visit. The experience was positive in some respects, but ultimately disappointing because the communication felt very one-sided. At the outset, no one asked how I wished to settle the account. Instead, I was later blamed for not advising them that my preferred payment method had always been through my lease company. After much research into EV cars, we returned back to Kia, mostly based on the first positive meeting with Stuart. He is incredibly knowledgeable about EV cars and has a genuine approach which made the experience very easy, and as a result made a great purchase!
