I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing so others don’t waste their time like I did. I received an instant offer through carsales and was directed to Col Crawford Kia for the inspection. After the inspection, the offer was reduced by around $6,500, and it was clear this had nothing to do with the condition of the vehicle. Thanks guys... walked in the rear and was told kia tasman was over there ( pointing) never even looked at me. I searched the vehicles in the showroom for about 30 - 40 seconds then I saw one outside so I went out , look around but was locked.. OK.. I went back inside stood there for 1 1/2- 2 minutes trying to get someone attention ( mind you their were 5-6 guys) ..disappointed although not surprised..don't know maybe I look like a tyre kicker or homeless...I can on the otherhand give 5 plus stars to the BMW service team...EX... read more
