Bought the Izuzu Mux on 28th July. We had lovely Adam serve us. He made sure all models were available so we could test them all. We bought one there and then after test driving. Adam made us feel very comfortable and helped with all our questions. Would definitely recommend buying from Brookvale Col Crawford
Customer Service is disgraceful. Multiple issues with recalls and components failing (all warranty) resulting in multiple days I had to take and leave my MUX at the service center. When asked about loan vehicles (as it is our family car) I was told it couldn’t be guaranteed and would be a charged $66 per day, even though it is a recall and warranty issue. Not sure I am supposed to get around with my 4yr and 10m old children for the day and do school pick ups/drop offs. Appalling. Wouldn’t go near Col Crawford Brookvale!
