Customer Service is disgraceful. Multiple issues with recalls and components failing (all warranty) resulting in multiple days I had to take and leave my MUX at the service center. When asked about loan vehicles (as it is our family car) I was told it couldn’t be guaranteed and would be a charged $66 per day, even though it is a recall and warranty issue. Not sure I am supposed to get around with my 4yr and 10m old children for the day and do school pick ups/drop offs. Appalling. Wouldn’t go near Col Crawford Brookvale!
Personnel at cal Crawford are very unfriendly and lazy. They never phone back and are very unhelpful. The servicing department is even worse
We purchased our brand new dmax x-terrain with Adam and he was incredible! Kept us up to date with everything that was going on as it was an hour travel to the dealership. Thanks Adam! You’re a legend.
We just bought a new MUX from Nathan at Col Crawford. I wish I could give 6 stars for the service. Such an easy transaction. Nathan was super helpful and knowledgeable about the whole Isuzu range and he helped us make the right choice for the model that suited us best. 10/10
I want to share my experience with Col Crawford Isuzu especially the professionalism of Nathan McMillan who has looked after me since picking up my DMax Blade in early January. He went through the car and explained all the features and benefits and also answered all my novice questions. Nice touch with the follow up to see if i had any issues. Love my new ute and am impressed with Col Crawford after sales service. 5 stars!!!
