Very unprofessional. Technician name Mike came in had no clue about the dishwasher. Was on the the phone most of the time with tech support. Didn’t fix nothing just told me the squeeze tube need to be replaced. I told them on the phone when I placed the service call that was the problem. He said parts need to be ordered and we gonna send you a quote. At the end he said we charge by the hour and it had passed 15 min pass the hour and I had a deposit of $300 in already. I had my commercial dishwasher stop working. Issue was resolved without any hassles and repairs performed. They didn’t try and upsell me anything. Mike and James were professional, explained the problem and finished the work in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend them and have them back if I have issues again.

Very poor experience overall. The company was unorganized, hard to communicate with, and didn’t seem to value my time as a customer. When someone finally came out, the work felt rushed and the issue wasn’t fully resolved. I tried reaching out afterward, but getting a clear response was nearly impossible. I expected better professionalism and follow-through. I wouldn’t use their services again.
