It's disrespectful and lazy to remove a tank off the back of someone's house without notifying them first. I am the new owner of the home and you did business with the previous tenant. The previous tenant, your customer notified you over a month ago. I don't care about any of it but it's lazy and disrespectful not to at least leave a door knocker to notify someone that you were on their property. There are clearly posted "no trespassing" signs. You conducted yourself well over the telephone but your clueless
