I signed up fall 2025 the representative sit on my front porch I thought I understood everything. Before the cold snap my propane tank was at 60%, it is only a 80 gallon tank on the 29th of January it was at 15% I called and asked for a fill up, I did not get a call back like I was told so I figured they would just stop by fill it up. Never received a notification that the bill was due and while I was at work they took my tank out of my fenced in yard. Leave a note or something or verify the information is correct prior to taking it.
