Jacob missed two appointments the one today was made a week ago by email invitation that I had to respond to. We waited for 45 minutes no response to text or email then when he did answer the phone he had no idea who I was at first then said he was doing a delivery his office person was out on an emergency. I mentioned the appointment was made a week ago and he flipped out. If you want great work done by great people Coker is your company. Jacob and his crew came in and did demo and install on our drywall ,floors, ceiling and roof all while maintaining a clean environment for me and my family to come home to. If they ran into a problem the were quick to fix it without hassle( my faucet valvles). These guys go above and beyond for sure, Not to mention they were nice enough to take care of my pets that would wonder in and out on their own.
