Horrible customer service!!!! Extremely rude, argumentative, and extremely unhelpful. Business hours are at their disgression, not what is posted on the front door or company answering machine. Other reviews i've read seem to state more of the same. We will be taking our business elsewhere and suggest other do the same. We were not sure who to give our business to but luckily our experience was so bad we were able to easily eliminate one of the competitors......THIS ONE!!!
Bought a $4800 shed July 2010. Found over 4 inches of snow inside last week. Left 4 messages, no return phone call. Finally reached manager, John Stratton on the 5th call. I explained the insulation they placed in the seams blew out allowing the snow to penetrate the seams. The only insulation that remained in place was 2 strips that had been tacked down.
