Very bad service! My 2025 Hyundai Kona is brand new and the problem is clearly a manufacturing defect, not my fault. Yet, every person gives me a different answer. I’ve been without a car for 9 days now, no replacement provided, and I’m still paying for these days. Honestly, a terrible experience and I do not recommend them.
Very poor customer service. The receptionist doesn’t understand English and has no knowledge about cars. I had to wait more than 40 minutes just for a simple question. As for Robilly Sady, he is always busy, tells you he will call you back but never does. Honestly, I do not recommend dealing with this company.
Nous avons du faire remorquer notre voiture chez Coiteux Hyundai qui était le concessionnaire le plus proche. Nous déconseillons absolument de vous rendre la bas, leur manque de professionnalisme, leur attitude et le niveau de communication était incroyablement mauvais. Notre voiture aura été chez eux pendant 5 semaines, pendant lesquelles ils nous ont jamais donné d’informations sur le status des réparations ou sur la cause du problème.
