I am changing my review of Coit from 1 star to 5 stars and here is why. In 12/2017 I had Coit provide several services for me following a bathroom remodel in my home. I had some issues with the services and was not happy with the follow through. However, I'm letting you know that the new owners are excellent. If you want you a/c ducts cleaned or your a/c coils cleaned DO NOT use Coit. In 12/2017 I had Coit provide over $1000 of service for me following a bathroom remodel in my home. Among those services was a/c duct cleaning and a/c coil cleaning. After they left I noticed a funny smell everytime my a/c comes on. Also subsequently, when my a/c service people came, it was pointed out to me that my coils were still dirty. I reached out to Coit on 2 occasions to try to get them to either come back out or refund the money they charge... read more
