Contracted with COIT to clean clothes dryer vent line in our condo - a periodic service that is required by the building bylaws. COIT performed the service promptly, for a reasonable fee. Very happy with them and will contract with them again next service date.
Not what I expected. There was no inspection of the duct work in the attic area. Everything was done from inside which surprised me. No real warranty supplied on the work done or report on condition of existing duct work. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a cleaning and need an a/c company to do an inspection.
