Making the appointment was brutal! On hold 2x for over 10 minutes just to talk to a person. Schedule got messed up but with several calls the manager fixed it. The Service guy, Troy was on time, polite, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. This part was excellent! We have used Coit for carpet Cleaning and duct cleaning in the past. I hope Coit can work on their scheduling and customer service over the phone as it was not good.

We have a lot if drapes, 34 pairs. Coit swooped in and were on time and efficiently took the drapes down and marked them with a black sharpie in a non conspicuous place on top back of drapes so they know where they are to be placed when they are reinstalled. They were in control. Nice for a change. : )
