The scheduling and customer service side was great until they arrived on siteI will never use them again. They quoted me $170 on the phone for a 670 ft.² unit that only had two pieces of furniture in it when they got here they charged me $270 plus a $32 service fee. And the carpet did not look like it was cleaned at all. We went around with hand spray carpet cleaner and cleaned the spots Coit said were impossible to get out, we got the spots out. Aside from the specialist's sickly cough which raised health concerns, the pricing is outrageous! Between $600 and $900 to shampoo - according to the specialist - 18 feet of couch, using a MANUAL shampooer and 2 PEOPLE. My spouse and I can buy deodorizer and guard chemicals ourselves and shampoo using a manual machine for less than $100. Why would a single manual machine require 2 people to operate and $600 minimum??? Insanely overpriced
