RecommendedI just had my carpets cleaned today. It's been years since I had it professionally done. I have two dogs. No real messes except for occasional dirty paws and shoes. My guy was awesome! He helped move things for me, and my carpet is soooo soft and pristine!
RecommendedWe were very pleased with COIT and owner Buddy Rowland. He and his crew came out on a Saturday night and quickly and professionally assessed the problem in our basement and got to work. He returned two more times over the next 48 hours to check our drying carpet. We recommend him and his company without reservation.

My carpet looks awesome and my grout is finally looking better after his visit. Only problem now is keeping dogs away from everything. 5 stars here.
RecommendedJanuary of 2019 my washing machine float valve failed and flooded half my home. COIT did an amazing job with the water damage mitigation, and restoration of my home. They were quick, and efficient, and always fast to return calls with questions. They're true professionals and I would use them again if I needed their services.

I am so disappointed in the service that I received and the customer service! Nobody has ever followed-up with me which tells me even more about this company. I will never use Coit again and I will spread the word to my friends and family not to use them ever. So much for their 35% off that you know gets added in anyway!
