RecommendedRyan O'Neill was the tech that came and gave me a quote along with the cleaning of the carpets. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, presentable, and professional. He answered all of my questions during the quote along with answering questions in the cleaning process of the carpets. FYI these techs have to go through OSHA training classes and other classes to certify them so that you as a customer get the best service possible. Coit recently renovated my bathroom due to water damage/mold/mildew. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible, at a fair and equitable price considering the amount of work they had to do. And they were polite and courteous. I would recommend them!
