It is unprofessional to come into a home, ( as a complete stranger) at a scheduled time, and ask to use the bathroom. Both service workers did. I will think twice about using Coit again.
The job was started on time and completed in a timely manner. The technician was helpful; however, the kitchen area needs to have additional work. The tile flooring under the refrigerator and stove was overlooked, nor was any recommendation made for this area. The technician must return to complete this area, the appliances have been moved to provide easy access for the technicians equipment. I gave notice Sunday and requested a return service call.
Excellent carpet cleaning! Would highly recommend COIT to my friends. Mauricio and Edward did an amazing job on my carpets! Very professional! I would request them personally next time.
