While the cleaning service was excellent, the information and estimate for the cleaning of vents was not. I was asked for a great deal more money than planned for online. The technician said he had to get on roof to clean the main unit, and that was just not true. But he did not ask me where the main unit was (right in my hallway) and I did not understand why he had to have access to the roof until later.
