Technicians were professional - my carpet was very dirty - doesn’t look new but very close - better than I expected.
This was the first time I have ever had this service. They were fast and willing to work around our cats. The air was SO much better when they were finished. I felt like we could breathe. The air conditioner was not straining as much.

Update to my review after getting the grout cleaning service rescheduled… Pros: The crew that came out for the rescheduled date showed up on time and were very polite and professional. My tile floors do feel cleaner overall. Cons: I don’t see much difference in the grout lines themselves. In fairness to the crew, I knew my kitchen still wasn’t going to look great when done because that grout has had a lot of things spilled on it over the years (and they made sure to tell me that in case I didn’t know), but I actually can’t t... read more
