I have had Chris clean our floors in the past, and he went above and beyond this time. I had some remodeling done, and so I had him also clean the ducts. As usual, he was meticulous. He is also very knowledgeable and taught us how to best deal with floor and carpet stains, as well as how to get the best filter for our furnace. He spent a whole day doing all the tasks, barely stopping for breaks. Thank you, Chris! See you in about a year!

I had the good folks at Coit in Eugene come out to deep clean a whole lot of ceramic tile flooring that I have throughout the house as well as doing one tile shower/bathtub surround. I could not be happier with the service. They did an outstanding job in removing decades of dirt that had accumlated in my unsealed tile floors and a moderate amount of soap scum on the shower surround. Did great job on kitchen tile.. they left a fan at the house and had to return days later to get it. We asked if they could clean the concrete outside the front door of the house there is black wax spots on the ground right in the path coming in the house the black spots run all the way out to where there van was parked. They said sure we will come get fan then return this evening with wire brush and clean.. that was 3 weeks ago.. now wont answer the phone when we call. Caller id i guess?
