We spent $2,844.06 with this company. We had drapes, sheets and rugs cleaned. We were not able to check the drapes right away when returned because of construction on our house. We opened month and a half later to find a stain on one of the drapes. When we called we were told they were closed in KC for the winter and did not even offer to correct the problem. It would have been nice of them to mention that when they returned the items. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I am shopping for carpet cleaners in the area and stumbled upon KC - COIT Services. I saw that they had been in business for 75+ years, and all I can say is EW!!!! After looking at the comments, I am DISGUSTED by the fact that the company actually challenges customers with less than perfect reviews. I have never seen any company rebuttal a customer before so publicly. It's childish and a TERRIBLE look. Complete scam! DO NOT SEND YOUR RUGS HERE IF YOU WANT THEM ACTUALLY CLEANED. He did not clean all my rugs. We paid $750 to have 4 area rugs cleaned. He sprayed a disgusting smelling odor eliminator and then tried to say they didn’t clean up well. Little does Chris know there is a large sticker on the back of the rug that would have come off had he fully soaked and cleaned one of the rugs. We had COIT come out and service our sofa and chair. They quoted $750 because of the pet treatment. We negotiated $600 with no discussion of reduced service. What they treated looked good. They did not do two cushions which I didn’t notice because the pieces I was showed looked surprisingly good. When we complained they said they would have to charge us more to complete the service.
