I had an appointment with them with show up time from 2 to 4. I moved furniture and vacuumed the floors for preparation. Finally after not showing up by 4:30 I called only to get an answer machine. I left a message and have not received a call back.
confirmed an appointment online. They never showed and never called. Lets see if they lie in their response and say that they left a voicemail and I didn't respond.

I'm very please with the air duct cleaning they did. The techs were professional and very careful with my furnishings. My house even looked cleaner after they were done. I've turned on my heater and no plumes of dust! I'll do this service again in a couple of years. Highly recommended!
My mom has been using COIT ever since I can remember. Now that I have my own place, I use them too because they do the job right the first time. My carpets look fresh and clean just like my mom’s. Highly recommended.
