It was great to hire a company that does all kinds of cleaning. It's hard to determine the quality of the cleaning because there was little visible dirt or stains to begin with. I did have to point out a missed spot as the guy was cleaning the sofa. He went back to it and it came out easily. There are a few previous spots on a recliner that, 4 days later, have come back. Although the carpets and furniture appear to be clean, I question how thoroughly the job was done. I would say I'm 75% satisfied.
We had rugs cleaned for the whole house. Instructions were followed and we are pleased with the results. A bit pricey but worth the money. Would recommend.
Coit's equipment broke down before the job was done and the cleaning took much longer than anticipated. However, your employee was responsible and communicative and did a great job.
