Paid $850 for ductwork cleaning/cleaning solution/A-coil cleaning for a 1200 sf home w basement inherited from elderly family member. There was a foul smell that didn't go away despite spending that much, and i needed to know why and how to get rid of it. The customer service rep who took my call to ask them to come back a second time was very rude and started arguing with me about the price (she was wrong) and that they couldn't guarantee there would be a clean smell after they cleaned.
