I have never had such a horrible experience with a service or contractor. The techs were very friendly, but the receptionist and owner were incredibly rude - both of them lied to me and gaslit me about the poor service and communication they were providing. In an attempt to sum up my experience, I had 10 sets of blinds cleaned for $800. I was told it would take two weeks and it ended up taking two months. They broke two sets of blinds and instead of disclosing this, they tried to replace the blinds, but bought the wrong size... read more
The Team did an incredible job. They were professional, responsive, and clearly cared about their work. Ryan had the expertise. I fully trusted his opinion and the final product was exactly as I had hoped for. Highly recommend.

Wonderful job on my carpets. The very nice young man who did the cleaning double checked his work. Communication before your appointment is great. Highly recommend Coit. Will definitely use them again.

I had services done twice this eeek by 2 Coit employees and they did a great job Both were right on time and very polite They did a very good job and I would recommend them to come back again when I need service
Worst experience ever. Went over in extensive detail that we needed dryer vent cleaned inside out and outside in. Even gave them the height of the roof so they knew what size ladder to bring. $250 was the quote. Long story short, they show up and blow the vent out from the inside out, didn't go on the roof. My husband asked why they weren't doing the outside and they said it was $50 extra. Coit came out to clean a family room carpet that had spots and stains from my pet. They did a fantastic job and I wont have to replace my carpet like I was concerned I might have to.
