We are installing a new HVAC unit in our house and wanted to clean our duct before installation. We called to COIT Cleaning and Restoration Services. They sent their residential cleaning consultant Wes the next day. Receptionist was very nice and polite. Wes is very punctual and professional. He inspected our home and gave us the total price of duct cleaning and sanitizing services. He also suggested us to clean our dryer system and carpets as well. Carpets look good and they got some tough stains out .The workers were friendly and professional.However, I was supposed to get my bathroom tile cleaned, but jdue to their miscommunication, the workers didn't bring the right tools. They will need to come back to finish the job.
