Couches and rug cleaning. The guy was only there about 20 minutes. Didn’t vacuum crumbs out of the creases of the couch cushions. Paid for deodorizer but still smelled when the cleaner wore off. I responded to the email about my experience and got a call, the guy said they’d have schedulers call me to have another cleaning. Nobody called, I had to call them. Scheduled it for a Tuesday, Monday morning they called and said they were on their way - wrong day, but I was available so I said ok. Same guy came out. More thorough th... read more
I had duct cleaning done and an oriental rug cleaned. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I am thoroughly pleased with the work that was done and with the workers themselves.
