Phillip was amazing! He went above and beyond with his work. He was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly cleaned and explained every step of the way. No question of mine was seen as unimportant, and he thoughtfully answered and relieved concerns. He is a great asset to the company! The apartment was such a transformation after his cleaning!
Charles Williams cleaned my couch cushions and area rug and he was FANTASTIC. We talked through all of the options-he was informative and let me make the decisions without being pushy. I was concerned he might rush the job since it was his last on a Saturday but that wasn’t the case at all. He was VERY thorough and professional. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and will definitely be requesting he come back next time I need COIT. COIT, Charles represents your company very well.
