Ruben was great! Carpets look, smell and feel better than ever! The price was a bit premium, but I got my money’s worth. He moved smaller chairs and furniture and cleaned underneath, put floor protectors under furniture feet for drying, and left no mess behind. Pure professional. Carpet dried to the touch in only a few hours. I am a happy customer!
Awesome cleaning!!!! I had a vacant rental house with pet odor that a competitor carpet cleaner washed twice to eliminate the odor throughout all of the carpets. Desperate not to have to do new carpeting, I found COIT on the internet and called. They came over right away and knew exactly how to search for the problem spots using a black light (the prior cleaning company was not trained with this technique). Coit has excellent technicians, we always ask for Jonathon W. He did a great job when he cleaned out our air ducts.
COIT did a good job for my client out in Surprise on his carpet. The price seemed high to me, but the job was done well. I referred the job to Parker Pierce.

My wife Claire and I were ecstatic when Allen came out to clean our furniture. We were having a dinner party and COIT was able to accommodate same day service. Our wonderful and loving Chow threw up all over the couch and we thought it was done. Besides the smell whatever that dog was eating earlier was yellow and purple in color and all over our chenille tan sectional. Allan came out and explained everything that he could do.
