Jim P arrived during the window time provided to us-earlier than expected! He greeted both my husband and I with a friendly smile and handshake. He promptly inspected the room, to which he as to re-lay the carpeting and went straight to work. Jim answered any question we had and continued to work during the questioning. He did a great job and the carpet looks as good as new!

Gabriel Rodriquez worked very hard to clean our tile. He is very pleasant, friendly, informative and he did an awesome job considering the condition our tile was in. I would not hesitate to have Gabriel come and take care of your tile. His work ethics are good.

Marvin Sandoval and his partner Miguel M. cleaned and polished our tile floors. It had been many years since they had been really cleaned and the cleaning service had been doing a really poor job and they were really a mess. Marvin did a fine job and the floors look almost new. My wife is very happy with the way they look and that makes me happy. Thanks for making us both happy.

Andrew F showed up close to 2:00 pm as promised...he inspected what needed to be done and worked up a price that we agreed to. Andrew got to work and finished all in about an hour, helped me put some things back, and was on his way. He was professional and thorough. The carpet and area rug have been renewed! Great job, Andrew! Hope to see you next year at this time.

I had Marvin and Miguel M from COIT Cleaners here today. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They moved all the furniture to remove my area rug that was to be cleaned. Miguel & Ramon came today to clean our carpeting. From the moment I opened my door until they left our house we were pleased by their courteous and professional manner. Our carpets have never looked better and the price was excellent. I highly recommend these COIT professionals!

I had my carpets cleaned by Daniel. He was very nice, polite, and helpful. He did have a helper and I cannot remember his name, however, he was very pleasant. My carpets look very good. Some areas that were very soiled look almost new. I was satisfied with their work. I will admit, that I thought the price was a little high. It will be interesting to see how long my carpets stay clean. I did have the protection spray applied.
