We had Allen from Coit out last Saturday. He cleaned our carpets and took two of our area rugs with him to be cleaned. Allen was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the cleaning process. We've always use Coit however, we will be asking for Allen from this point forward. The carpets came out great we cannot wait until the area rugs are done!
Disappointing customer service. Service scheduled for my home today. Initial appointment window was 9-11. Then became 10-1. I needed a technician to come out on the early side of the initial appointment window (9-11) and was assured last night that since I was the second stop, the technician would be at my home close to 10. Just received a call at 10:15 stating that they would not be able to come today until after 1:00. I spent the morning clearing the floors and moving furniture. They basically robbed us blind. And they don’t care no one ever called and apologized for their horrible service. So many calls and emails over the years and nothing. We loved on and finally replaced all our floors they worked in. Thousands of dollars down the toilet.
I am a snow bird and I have COIT clean my house in Deer Valley every year before we move back. What I like most is the same tech always comes. We have been requesting Jim for years. He is great! He always does an exceptional job. I would highly recommend using COIT and requesting Jim.
I had already spent quite a bit of $$ on grout and floor cleaning supplies and barely made a dent cleaning kitchen floor. Someone suggested I try Coit, I called on a Wednesday and Friday after lunch their Technician arrived on time. He gave me a price for the whole house and I’m here to tell you it would have cost me more in cleaning supplies let alone time.
