After being reviewed that we are not in the industries that are required to use leave plus. They continued to send emails, and said that they have reviewed their review, and now we are. Seriously, whats going on over there? They are targeting businesses that do not fall under the reason for portable LSS. Who has taken over this system? Why the big money grab? Which politician gave this to his mate? I can handle my employees LSS, without the forced holding of money by a bureaucratic system.
Here i am stuck in Vietnam, have gone through calls submitted i for before and they cannot simply just use information already submitted to send me the money i have worked for
Poor experience. My husband applied for 10 weeks Long Service Leave. It was all approved and when receiving the payment we noticed they had overtaxed the amount. He made contact with LeavePlus and that’s when the fun began. After many emails there has been nothing done about amending it. Very disappointing experience. We run a very small business with minimal turnover and no PAYG construction workers. The company only occasionally engages independent subcontractors with their own ABNs, yet we were still pressured to provide further documents and warned about possible legal action over reporting. For a business of this size, the process feels excessive, unclear and completely disproportionate. dealing with leave plus is like dealing with a government department no body will answer questions or just don't know after being in industry for 50 years trying to get long service it is really frustrating.someone has to look into this company
