These guys are Total cowboys; I have 2 Terraminers initially bought one for $5999. The first one's pump failed after 2 weeks and they sent me a replacement to compensate which also failed. Basically they are selling customers used mining hardware that they have been mining with until nearly obselete, so the customer is basically paying for the manufacturing costs. 0 stars!!! Do not purchase anything from this company. they have falsely advertised, under preformed, and lied! Extremely poor customer service, look elsewhere for mining hardware

I have been waiting six months for a refund. They keep saying that my refund is in the next batch. I was promised my money back within 2 weeks, then at the end of the month, then at the end of the next month. They do respond to my requests eventually, but it is always "your refund is in the next batch which should be completed by the end of the month".
